Napoli: nelle giornate di lunedì 1 febbraio e martedì 2 febbraio, 80 scuole del centro e della provincia partenopea hanno aderito allo sciopero promosso da un collettivo composto dagli studenti degli istituti superiori di Portici. Obiettivo comune è di essere ascoltati dalle istituzioni perché intervengano per superare le grandi difficoltà che la pandemia e la reazione caotica degli enti legislativi stanno causando sulla formazione e sul futuro degli studenti.
‘VOGLIAMO CERTEZZA, RIENTRO IN SICUREZZA’. Lunedì 1 febbraio riaprono a Napoli gli istituti superiori di secondo grado e gli studenti della provincia mostrano sin da subito il loro dissenso. Parte dagli studenti delle scuole di Portici la proposta di uno sciopero di due giorni che vede in poco tempo l’adesione di circa 80 scuole su tutto il territorio napoletano: gli alunni chiedono certezze, stanchi del fatto che la scuola e i suoi studenti, siano messi all’ultimo posto dalle manovre contenitive del virus.
Gli striscioni affissi agli ingressi dei singoli plessi denunciano il malessere di ragazzi estremamente provati dalla crisi sanitaria, giovani privati d’un tratto non solo della propria normalità ma anche delle loro speranze future.
La prima richiesta avanzata alle autorità è quella che i ragazzi siano ascoltati e non abbandonati alle ‘normative contraddittorie che si susseguono a staffetta dal mese di settembre’. Le disposizioni di riapertura imposte dal prefetto di Napoli, in data 23/12/2020, a detta degli studenti, non sono lungimiranti: non solo perché le condizioni di rientro sono praticabili a stento (tanto per gli studenti quanto per i docenti), ma perché risulterebbero secondo loro anche cieche dinanzi all’inappropriato, rispetto alle richieste, potenziamento del servizio dei trasporti pubblici e al numero crescente di contagi giornalieri.
Gli studenti pretendono che il ritorno in presenza si configuri come passo avanti e non indietro rispetto alla DAD. Quali sono allora le idee alla base dello sciopero?
‘Questo sciopero trova le sue radici nell’insicurezza che si è sviluppata all’interno dell’ambiente sociale delle istituzioni scolastiche, nata in seguito allo sconsiderato piano di rientro elaborato durante lo scorso anno dal governo, e che ha poi raggiunto il suo apice in corrispondenza delle contrastanti direttive operative dapprima de parte della Prefettura di Napoli che si scontrano prepotentemente con quelle emanate dal Governatore della Campania Vincenzo de Luca. Ciò contro cui gli studenti stanno manifestando è dunque il totale disinteresse del governo nei confronti dell’istituzione scolastica, governo che si è fatto trovare già più volte impreparato e disorganizzato di fronte alle richieste degli studenti e della comunità scolastica tutta, petente il raggiungimento della condizione di stabilità fattuale ed emotiva che la didattica richiede per poter essere essere svolta nel migliore dei modi, per raggiungere i migliori dei risultati.’
Queste le parole di Alessandro D’Aniello, uno dei rappresentanti d’istituto del liceo Filippo Silvestri di Portici, che ha accettato di rispondere a qualche domanda.
Due giorni di sciopero sembrano non aver portato ad oggi risultati tangibili e i ragazzi sono rientrati in aula come previsto dalle normative del prefetto. Per capire quali saranno gli sviluppi della protesta, abbiamo chiesto ad Alessandro il motivo per cui, almeno in territorio provinciale, dove lo sciopero ha avuto origine, esso sia durato soli due giorni.
‘Per dare il tempo necessario alle istituzioni al fine di elaborare piani su misura per i diversi contesti. Siamo consapevoli che i cambiamenti non avvengono da un giorno all’altro, ma siamo altrettanto consapevoli che il tempo materiale per creare ed emanare direttive efficaci e prive di rischi ci sia già stato, e che questo debba essere considerato del tempo ulteriore, sottratto alla didattica ed al completamento dei programmi ministeriali. Abbiamo mandato un messaggio emotivo forte nelle giornate di lunedì e martedì, al quale si sino aggiunti innumerevoli comunicazioni scritte agli istituti, alla prefettura di Napoli ed al Governatore della Regione Campania. Attendiamo una risposta dal governo centrale che sta assistendo a atti di disordine pubblico e da quello regionale entro la fine della settimana corrente, qualora non ci siano risvolti in tale senso agiremo ancora, ed ancora di conseguenza.’
