“Un intervento ai sensi della Legge Cinema che introduce il sistema di classificazione e supera definitivamente la possibilità di censurare le opere cinematografiche. Non è più previsto il divieto assoluto di uscita in sala né di uscita condizionata a tagli o modifiche”.
Sarà Alessandro Pajno, presidente emerito del Consiglio di Stato, a presidiare questa commissione: essa sarà composta da quarantanove componenti esperti, e supervisionata da pedagoghi ed educatori attivi in seno alla tutela dei minori e della comunicazione sociale.
